You are welcome to bring a non-member to the gym with you - we can offer a pay-as-you-go session for £7.50.
We’re sorry to see you go but if you really have to, please give us one month’s notice in writing by email to enquiriesdeans@lincolncollege.ac.uk.
You can freeze your membership for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 3 months; please email us on enquiriesdeans@lincolncollege.ac.uk.
If your current membership is not quite right for you anymore, drop us a line on 01522 876373 or email enquiriesdeans@lincolncollege.ac.uk to discuss your options.

MON – FRI - 06:30 – 20:30
SAT - 08:30 – 14:00
SUN - 08:30 – 12:00
NOTE: Racquet sports require time to set-up and disassemble, as such it is available by booking only and the last session of the day ends 30 minutes before closing time.
We reserve the right to change our opening hours on Bank Holidays and/or at our own discretion without prior notice.
Users of our gym must be at least 16 years of age. We have a variety of external clubs that accommodate children, taking place in the evenings, please enquire if you would like to know more.
Please check out our OFFERS page and/or our social media for information about under 16 fitness clubs over holiday periods.
Memberships are set-up as a Direct Debit. Please ensure you have a UK bank account and your account number and sort-code to hand when signing up.
Pay-as-you-go usage of our facilities is by card payment only.
Pop into our facility and speak to us at the Deans reception desk.
You will need to provide us with:
- Bank details for a UK bank account in order to set-up the Direct Debit
- Postcode and address
- Contact phone number
- Working email address
- If you are a college or university student in Lincoln, please bring your student card to be able to receive the student discount.
We ask that all bags be left in the lockers which can be found in the changing rooms. We have padlocks for hire or to purchase if you haven’t brought one with you.
We have a variety of equipment to hire, including:
- Padlocks
- Balls
- Racquets
You can purchase a new replacement card for £5.00
