BODYCOMBAT™ is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness. No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.
Pilates will increase your flexibility, mobility, balance and body awareness, as well as a decrease in back pain or other general pains. This mat-based workout is designed to help participants develop core strength and stability and heighten mind-body awareness.
Yoga is a class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. You bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centred.
Deans Teens – 11-15 years olds
(Mondays at 5.15.pm to 6pm)
Deans Teens is a brilliant starting point for any child wishing to get fit and active in a safe surrounding. In the session you will use cardio vascular machines and how to perform body weight exercises safely and correctly (no strength training is permitted) whilst being supervised by a member of the fitness team.
Functional, compound exercises work multiple muscle groups simultaneously, developing strength and muscular endurance and efficient caloric expenditure.
Cardio & Core
A quick but effective toning class, suitable for all levels of fitness. The class will include a variety of different activities to target separate areas of the body. Using weights but also your own body’s resistance to achieve all over toning.
Strengthen and tone your tum by isolating your stomach with these fab and unique exercises all tied together by our wonderful Fitness Team.
This all out session is designed around total body resistance training and bodyweight movements, which pushes you to your limit. Work in intense bursts followed by short rest periods. This type of training burns more fat in less time and it can aid in speeding up your metabolism.
All the benefits of our regular cardiovascular indoor cycling but condensed down into a 30 minute blast. Fun, Fit, Fast!
Using a mix of low and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. BODYPUMP™ is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.
Mix FX/Pump FX
A Mix of Pump, Fight and Stomp FX. A combination of choreographed martial arts moves, resistance training and step routines designed to increase strength and cardiovascular fitness to give you an all over body workout.
A core strengthening class designed to improve range of motion, strength, stability co-ordination and balance. Fitball provides an excellent workout which will result in a stronger core, improved posture and better body alignment.
Strength & Agility
The objectives of circuit training are to increase muscle strength, endurance, flexibility and co-ordination, whilst targeting total body training. Using a range of exercises and equipment you will become stronger, fitter and eager to take on each weekly class. Every session can be planned differently so you never get bored or plateau with your training.
TGI Friday Bootcamp
A great way to kick start your weekend with this action-packed class based around a boot camp style of training that will be fun yet challenging.Expect to work up a sweat with this all over body workout. Using a wide range of equipment this class is suitable for all abilities wanting to improve body composition and become leaner, fitter and stronger.
Circuit training is an effective versatile form of exercise. The core objectives are to increase muscular strength, endurance, flexibility and co-ordination. Using a range of aerobic and resistance based exercises you will become fitter each week. A fantastic total body workout that is suitable for all abilities.
